Terms & Conditions

Version 4.2 · Last updated 1 October 2026. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and 10Black Technologies N.V. (“10Black”, “we”, “us”).

1. Acceptance

By opening an account or using any service on 10black.com you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and the rules of each game and promotion. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and restricted territories

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher. Accounts may not be opened from the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Australia, Curaçao or any territory where online gambling is prohibited. Using a VPN to circumvent these restrictions leads to account closure.

3. Your account

You may hold one account only. You are responsible for your login details, two-factor authentication and all activity on your account. We apply tiered verification (KYC): basic play requires a verified email; higher withdrawal limits require identity and address documents.

4. Deposits

Deposits are accepted in BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, LTC, DOGE, XRP, TRX and BNB and are credited after the network confirmations listed in the Coins & networks table. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay deposits are processed by a licensed on-ramp partner and credited as USDT. Funds sent on an unsupported network may not be recoverable.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed automatically to the address you provide, usually within minutes. We may hold a withdrawal for manual review where anti-money-laundering checks, KYC verification or a bonus investigation require it. Network fees are shown before you confirm.

6. Bonus terms

• One deposit bonus can be active at a time. Wagering must be completed within the period shown with the offer (14 days for the welcome offer).
• Wagering contribution: slots 100%, 10Black Originals 50%, live casino and table games 10%. Bonus-buy features are excluded while a bonus is active.
• The maximum bet while a bonus is active is C$5 or its crypto equivalent.
• Free-spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and carry 35x wagering unless stated otherwise.
• Rakeback, race prizes and cashback are paid as cash and carry no wagering.
• We may remove a bonus and related winnings where we find bonus abuse, multiple accounts or irregular play.

7. Games and Provably Fair

Third-party games are supplied by licensed studios and use certified random number generators. 10Black Originals are Provably Fair: each result is derived from a server seed, your client seed and a nonce, and can be verified after the round. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8. Responsible gaming

We provide deposit, loss and wager limits, session reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. See our Responsible Gaming page for details.

9. Account closure

You may close your account at any time from your settings or via support. Accounts inactive for 12 months are marked dormant; remaining balances stay available for withdrawal.

10. Complaints

Contact [email protected] first. If you are not satisfied with our final response within 14 days, you may refer the complaint to the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao.
