Data we collect
- Account data: email, username, date of birth, country and, for verified accounts, identity and address documents.
- Transaction data: deposits, withdrawals, wallet addresses, bets and bonuses.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser and usage information, including cookies.
Why we use it
To operate your account and process payments (contract), to meet licensing, anti-money-laundering and responsible-gaming obligations (legal obligation), to prevent fraud and secure the platform (legitimate interest) and, only with your consent, to send you offers.
Who we share it with
Payment and on-ramp providers, identity-verification providers, game studios (pseudonymous player IDs only), our hosting providers and, where required by law, the Curaçao Gaming Authority and law enforcement. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Account and transaction records are kept for 5 years after account closure, as required by anti-money-laundering rules. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Staff access is limited, logged and reviewed.
